Mishari Ahmed Al Oudah is an attorney and member of the Kuwait Bar Association specializing in construction disputes, infrastructure-related claims, and advising on corporate transactions. With a dual background in civil engineering and law, he is well-positioned to assist clients with the legal and technical challenges arising from large-scale projects and commercial matters.


Prior to entering the legal field, Mishari spent seven years at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in Kuwait, where he played a key role in government projects and contracts. His work included project management, contract coordination, and participation in specialized assignments, such as the Construction Contract Auditing Committee. He contributed to several high-profile projects, including the construction of Kuwait’s new West Runway, the reconstruction of existing runways, and infrastructure developments tied to the relocation of Kuwait’s Air Force and United States Air Force bases.


Mishari holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University and an LLB from Kuwait International Law School.
