Lulwah Marafi is a Management Associate at ICB, specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and regulatory-driven business setups. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City, University of London and is a member of the Kuwait Bar Association.

Ms. Marafi advises local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions across a range of sectors, covering transaction structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and completion. 

She also assists in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, agency and joint venture agreements.

Another aspect of her practice involves advising on the establishment and structuring of businesses in Kuwait, particularly where regulatory and operational complexities arise. Her practice is commercially driven and includes a strong understanding of the business realities faced by clients operating in the region.
